Supplier User Types - Permissions

Suppliers have two default user types. Each supplier must have a minimum of 1 Supplier Admin user (to be created by a Super Admin User).

Please see default permissions below.

Supplier Admin

Onsite

• Can sign into site using QR sign in
• Access to live onsite data (For users of their company only (web))
• Access to historical onsite data for requests assigned to them

Requests

• Access to all requests nominated to their company
• Ability to accept (schedule) or decline requests
• Ability to submit Quotes 
• Ability to mark request as attended (provide photos / cost)
• Ability to complete Supplier Review process
• Ability to view / add supplier notes
• Can tag other users from their company and Super Admin users (including TOA)

Checklists

• Ability to submit Checklists they have been given access to
• Ability to view checklists submitted by supplier users
• Ability to share completed Checklists 

Assets

• Ability to view asset details (via WR / barcode scanning)
• Ability to create new assets for review (coming soon)

Files & Links

• Ability to access files and links tab (will only see photos / documents provided by them)

Supplier Users

• Ability to create new users for their business
• Ability to update user details
• Ability to archive users

Supplier Insurances 

• Ability to upload insurances for review 

Supplier Rates

• Ability to update Items (rates) for review
• Ability to add items (rates) for review 

Personal Preferences

• Ability to update Avatar
• Ability to edit notification preferences 

Calendar (web only)

• Calendar will display all requests for their company

Request API (web)

• Ability to generate API key

Supplier User
