You can now sign in, review request details (including photos) and advise completion using the QR function, without the need for a Ticked Off account.

QR Tokens are generally located at the POS counter. You should always make yourself known to staff and ask for the QR Sign in token, prior to signing in or commencing any work.

Signing In:

Using the camera on your mobile device, scan the QR code. Open in your preferred browser.

Select either "I have an account" or "I don't have an account"

Any known risks / site specific conditions will be displayed. To acknowledge these click "OK, next"

If you have the Ticked Off Mobile App installed, your sign in will show as complete!

Select your Approximate Time on Site - we have added the option to enter a "Custom" time frame here to help maintain accurate records.

If you have the mobile app, you will receive a notification 15 minutes prior to this time expiring, with the option to extend. If you do nothing, you will automatically be signed out at the end of your Approx Time period.

If you do not have the app installed, there are just two more steps to complete:

You will see the option to select your business, or the business you are sub-contracting for, from a list of contractors that are booked for that day.

Enter your details (hint: your phone will generally have a function to prefill these). You will be able to select your expected length of time on site (you can always change this later) and then click "Sign In".

The open Work Request will now be displayed on the screen. From this screen, you can view request details, add your own photos of the completed works, and mark the job as you sign out.

Select "Sign Out"

The request will now be in the Awaiting Supplier Review status, allowing Supplier Admin users to review information entered prior to marking complete.
