Work Request Priorities -

When a request is created, a priority must be set. Priorities may be adjusted by an Approver or Admin user prior to approval/nomination.



Priority 1
Requests will be attended to within 4 hours of approval. Select only for emergencies / if you are unable to trade.
Priority 2
Requests will be attended to within 24 hours of approval. Select when trade is possible but is impacted.
Priority 3

Requests will be attended within 3 days of approval.

Priority 4
Requests will be attended within 5 days of approval
Priority 5
Used for requests that are not urgent. Supplier will generally attend when they are next in your area.
