When a request is created, a priority must be set. Priorities may be adjusted by an Approver or Admin user prior to approval/nomination.

| Priority 1 | Requests will be attended to within 4 hours of approval. Select only for emergencies / if you are unable to trade. |
| Priority 2 | Requests will be attended to within 24 hours of approval. Select when trade is possible but is impacted. |
| Priority 3 | Requests will be attended within 3 days of approval. |
| Priority 4 | Requests will be attended within 5 days of approval |
| Priority 5 | Used for requests that are not urgent. Supplier will generally attend when they are next in your area. |
