How to Accept a Quote Request

If a Ticked Off Client has nominated you for a Quote Request, you will receive an email notification similar to a regular Work Request:


Click the "View Work Request" link to open the platform. 


You will then be able to view the details, location and scope of work that requires a quote. Using the teal Action Button at the top of the screen (mobile app) or top right (web browser) select "View Quote".



Select "View Quote"

In this window, you can 

  • Accept or Decline the Quote.
  • Access Quote Notes via the + button to the right, where you can communicate with the Client via tags.
  • View Quote History via the three dot menu.



Select "Supplier Accept":

In this window, you can:

  • Add a comment to your acceptance email
  • Specify an ETA for a Site Visit, if required to supply the quote
  • Select a Responsible User from your team to manage the Site Visit (this can be more than one)



When you are ready, you can Submit your Quote for Approval.
