Introducing Automated Attend Process via QR Sign-In

We’re excited to bring you a new feature that’s set to make managing your requests in Ticked Off even easier. The Automated Attend Process via QR Sign-In is designed to save you time by automatically moving requests from Open to Awaiting Supplier Review based on your confirmed attendance.

What’s this new feature about?
With this feature, once you’ve confirmed you’re onsite via the Ticked Off QR code and your selected "time on site" option expires, the system will automatically mark the request as attended, moving it to the Awaiting Supplier Review status without you having to lift a finger.

Why is this important?
We know your time is valuable. This automation lightens the load on your team, ensuring requests are updated promptly and accurately. Plus, it reduces the need for our team to chase up request completion, boosting overall efficiency and keeping our clients happy.

How does it work?
  • When you sign in via QR code, just pick the right "time on site" option.
  • If the time runs out, the request will be automatically marked as attended.
  • If you finish before the time expires, simply sign out by scanning the QR code again.
  • Completion photos/reports, costs, and invoices can be added while completing the supplier review.
  • Want to handle it yourself? Just tick the "Keep request in the open status" box, and you can close the request manually.
Fast Payment
Using this feature can also help you qualify for our "Fast Payment" scheme, with correct site sign-in being one of the key requirements. For the full list of conditions, click here.

We’re confident this feature will make your workflow smoother and more efficient within Ticked Off.

If you’ve got any questions or need a hand, don’t hesitate to reach out.
