What is Fast Payment?
Invoices for qualifying work requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Invoices received over the weekend will be processed first thing on Monday morning.
How to Qualify for Fast Payment:
To be eligible for Fast Payment, the following conditions must be met:
- The supplier accepts the request via the web platform or app.
- The supplier signs in to the site correctly using the Ticked Off QR code.
- The supplier meets the SLA as per the request priority.
- Completion photos and/or supporting documentation are provided via the request.
- Costs and/or invoices are submitted through the request or Ticked Off’s invoice reader (contact us to learn more about how you can automate your invoice upload!)
Important Notes:
- Invoices for requests that meet these conditions will be processed for payment within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, or first thing Monday morning if received over the weekend, or the first day back after public holidays.
- Requests processed for Fast Payment will be labelled with a Fast Payment tag and communicated via notification.
