Health Check Feature

Help manage your day with the latest offering, the new Health Check feature going live this February, 2024.

You can find the new Health Check column located under the search fields when working from the Suppliers tab as well as the Supplier list view, supplier view page and nomination screen.

See below what each icon represents;

Tick - Request Acceptance: Number of requests accepted by the Supplier.       

Document with dollar sign - Costs Captured: Number of requests where costs/invoices have been added by the supplier.

File -  Supporting Documentation: Number of requests that include reports/completion photos (where applicable).

Person - Location Sign In: Number of requests that include a successful sign-in.

Hourglass - SLA Met: Number of requests where SLA has been met/exceeded.

Person with lightbulb - Training: Completion of training with Ticked Off support.

The icons will change colour depending on percentages met, with a traffic light indicator of red, orange and green.

Benefits of this feature:

The health check will help inform us of how the platform is being used and how we can improve our own training, so that new suppliers that come onboard adopt best practices, ensuring they are using new features and the platform to it's full potential.

Beneficial to all users - a great tool for our suppliers to use to see where they can do better, any individual/users nominating (insight into past performance), good indicator for Support on who needs training.
